Please inform us of any special delivery conditions you require.

We choose to use a courier to deliver your purchases. The delivery rate to most major towns and cities within Australia is based on weight/size of items purchased. For all orders outside of major towns and cities in "outback" areas, there may be a slightly higher fee that needs to be charged to cover the costs of the courier.  You will be contacted with the new price if this applies to your order. 

Whilst we endeavour to price the delivery fee accurately, there are some areas within Australia which incur a higher fee, especially the further you are from Sydney and/or a major town.  This could be you.  You will be sent a follow-up email with the price adjustment if your delivery fee is higher than what was purchased at the checkout.

Attention Sydney Metro customers: For orders LESS than 50kg, you will pay no more than $11.95 for delivery to your door. 

Customers not within this area, your orders will require full payment according to the weight and destination. Please do NOT complete purchase if you are unsure of your shipping, and contact us to organise a fair shipping rate.

If you are unsure about the amount of shipping you might need to pay, please contact us immediately.

We are able to accommodate large or bulk orders, and send them to many areas Australia-wide, however the shipping amount will need to be adjusted specifically for your circumstances. Please see below for postcodes to which we are able to deliver to your door.

Please Note: residents in the far North [e.g. Darwin], North West [e.g. Geraldton] and far South [e.g. Tasmania] will incur much higher costs for freight and a longer delivery time [average of 9 days]

Returns  ...

Faulty goods may be returned within seven days.  You can not return your goods if you have changed your mind or made an error in your order.  Please contact annette@moorebankpetsupplies.com.au  for all enquiries prior to returning your goods.
